Every project we take on is different. So every team is custom-made from our alliance of technical, strategic and creative misfits. We hail from all points and come from all backgrounds. We practice yoga, modify our cars, and freeze our butts off in duck blinds. We hatch plots around campfires. It's pretty nice when these people start DM-ing you. Which brings us to the relationship.
We are radically collaborative. We prefer partnering to presenting. We work with your in-house team when you need next-level thinking, operating in your channels, iterating rapidly, and interacting hourly. The Venturous was founded in 2018 by 20 year industry veteran Nick Strada. Nick spent half his career at London agencies like BBH and Y&R, and half at globally respected digital agency AKQA. While there he led teams and projects out of five international offices and served as joint head of Creative at the flagship office in San Francisco.
When not solving thorny problems for our clients, Nick is happiest up a mountain, in a trout stream, or exploring the natural beauty of Northern California with his friends and family.
